AI Frontier is operated by Antony Groves, United Kingdom. This policy explains what data the site handles. For questions, use the contact page.

Information stored in your browser

The live feed stores your saved items, alert preferences and reading state in your browser using local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings or by using the export and import tools in the app.

Accounts and forum

If you create an account or post in the Frontier Forum, we store the details you provide, such as your username, email address and the content you post, in order to run the service. Passwords are stored in hashed form. We do not sell your personal data.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type and requested pages for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited time.

Advertising and cookies

We may show advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Where required, such as in the UK and European Economic Area, personalised advertising only runs after you give consent through a consent message. You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

Third-party links

Entries link to external publishers such as labs, universities and arXiv. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us using the details on the contact page.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
